Ο Κώστας Παππάς γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα, σπούδασε στην Ανώτατη Σχολή Καλών Τεχνών Αθήνας από όπου και αποφοίτησε το 2001. Εργάζεται σαν καθηγητής σχεδίου από το 2000 στην ιδιωτική εκπαίδευση.
Ζει και εργάζεται στην Αθήνα.
